My ultimate goal is to get down to 130 pounds. I started at 225 pounds on September 1, 2007. I am now down almost 40 pounds. I have changed a lot in the past few months. I have changed the way I eat, and also have changed my activity level. I have joined a gym and am now working out at least 3-4 times per week. Part of my goal is to look and feel better. The original reason I started this lifestyle change, is because my weight effected not only how I feel about myself, it was effecting my life goals as well. My goal is to have children and raise a family with my husband. My weight was holding me back from acheiving that goal. I want to get healthy, feel better about myself, and achieve my life long goals.
It is nice to know people who are in the same boat. I was thinking about 130 too. I have been real lazy lately and trying to find a job so I haven't had time to get into like I want, but soon. Real soon! Keep up the good work!!
You are making great strides in your quest for a better body and I congratulate you on all of your hard work. Challenge yourself and always strive to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the results and the speed at which they can occur.
