How I Started:
I got into somewhat bad shape (10-15 overweight) senior yr of high school and decided to do something about it when I started college. And now I'm hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results from the hardwork I put in at the gym. Also the great feeling after a really hard set or a long run.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a perfectionist and never happy with how I look, so it isnt too hard to stay motivated for me. Its a way of life.
BB Accomplishments:
Just recently ran a 5k in Februrary in 21:42, which was a personal best for me. Hope to compete in a bodybuilding competition in 1-2 years.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try to keep it around 30 sec-1 minute to get a good cardio workout as well.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Lately I've been going heavier and doing 3 sets of 8. Before that I was doing 4 sets of 10. But I tend to switch it up depending on what exercise I do.
It was good dude it went by way too quick man. But family and friends was nice! Too many goodies though lol. Gotta get back on track! What you up to today man>
True that man. I did cardio saturday and sunday and i feel great. Its as if all the lactic acid was washed out of my body. Nonetheless i am going to keep lifting hard and taking my creatine, fish oil, and protein.
Oh just going to my parent's house for dinner that day...nothing too out of the ordinary. I guess my big plans already happened...I had a goal to loose a bunch of weight by then, but I reached it early :) What about you?
