How I Started:
After starting school, a few months past and I went from 165# to 195# from sitting on my butt. I wanted to loss the fat and gain the muscle.
Why I Love It:
It makes me bigger and stronger then the rest.
How I Stay Motivated:
What! People don't stay motivated after starting to look like this.

After many months I have had a lot of friends who talk a good talk about being able to out lift me or even lift regularly with me have failed while I prevailed.

The garage is a great place to train sometimes.I can't handle waiting for someone who takes 20 minutes to use a bench at the gym......
yeah training partners come and go. I have one of my buddys now that I train with who has been training as long as I, but realistically,it doesnt matter to me. Partners are usually the best for leg day because that is the most challenging day.
