145lbs 12% bodyfat taken the day i started to lift consistantly. this is the picture i look at if i need motivation.
170lbs 15% bodyfat i havent gotten much bigger but ive been getting stronger.

160lbs 10% body fat this is the most 'rippped' ive ever looked. Lots of Cardio and dumbbell work. oh and some crunches too.
