In the gym no one is going to make you do that last rep. you are the only one. if you dont work hard your only cheating yourself.

Short term-
i want to increase my chest, arms, back and legs.
and i would like to gain 10lbs and keep my bodyfat under 18%
Long Term-
Weigh 200lbs with 10% bodyfat. i would like to bench 225 for reps
barbell curl 100 for reps, squat 315 for reps, barbell row 210 for reps.
- definately reachable.

arms seem to grow easy for me with little efforet ( cavles too) now if the rest of me would just follow suit!.. I am big on less is better on arms - Heavy sest of tris and light concetrated on bis seem to really work well for me... yea i been leaning up too- i am scared to death I am shrinking!-LOL
