How I Started:
My Dad and my cousin really started to get into fitness, my cousin lost an astronomical amount of weight and is starting to bulk up and my dad has gone as far as to goning to bodybuilding competitions (good job dad!) and so I figured why not hop on the band wagon. I have always wanted to look good and not have the extra few pounds. I have been teased because of my weight, I was never really fat but I always called myself "pleasantly plump" so I figured why not slim down and gain some muscle, it's something to do with my life.
Why I Love It:
I feels good to know that I have accomplished something and I haven't felt that in a long time.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking and listening to my dad and cousin and modeling myself off their dedication.
My legs are already pretty big so I dont need to stress working out them yet nut right now I am trying to work out my upper body focusing on triceps, back and my chest. I need to do more cardio to burn the remaining fat I have and then I will look pretty good. I'm sure I can do this in the next 27 weeks so by spring break, i'll be looking good.

Hey man,
I was just checkin out your blog and I've got some advice for you. Your only 15, so dont worry too much if your diet isnt exactly what you want it. You body needs some fat, just in moderation. What you should try to do is join a sport, and not get too stressed out.
Stress prevents muscle growth and messes up you body in many ways. Just relax, try you best, and give it time. I'v always been a small guy, but I can tell you hard work and dedication really do pay off. Also, if you want to try some other diets, just write a Forum post and pick and choose what you like from other peoples diets. Good luck, and keep to it.
