How I Started:
Started When i joined the military. Then at first base meet a few people who were into lifting weights and got me into lifting weights was lifting weights on and off then in 2007 when i hit 242 pounds and was deployed to Iraq i finally realized how out of shape i was and got back into lifting weights and cardio hardcore and been workign hard ever since.
Why I Love It:
Make me feel good about myself, takes away stress I get to meet all kinds of people and it is something I'm good at as well it keeps my health in check so i can live a longer and better life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching lifting videos, hanging up pictures of my idols, taking pictures of myself and seeing my progress, other people in the gym i want to be the best. and I set goals for myself.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far just working on making my body as perfect as possible.
The Scientist is back at work once again. He's got a new formula, ready to put it to work and see if it will work. Today is Day 1 after a 3 month layoff. I have finally Left Korea(May) and arrived in Great Britian and have came accomusted to a new place and nce another another new gym. I Look...
