I have always worked out and trained for High School sports (basketball, volleyball, softball). What really got me into weight lifting was enrolling in the weight lifting class with all boys (football players)... it turns out that I actually liked it...
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress, simple as that. I love how you can look like an average person one month and then transform your body into a sculpture cut to shreds.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by simply looking around at our population that is morbidly obese. If I stay in shape, then that gives people around me a path to follow.
