Goal (Overall):
I've come close, but never had a 6 pack, I'm deployed right now, so I have plenty of time. To lose fat, and keep muscle.
Goal (Long):
Over this deployment I've progressed rapidly. I'd like to reach 400lbs, on bench, squat, and deadlift. I'm already there or close on all except bench. I'm an endomorph so I've been doing 1hr of cardio at least 4 days a week to try and bring out the six pack, along with rotating ab exercises. My arms are at 18 right now, I know I can hit 19" within the next 3 months. If I find that I can make my body shred I may compete some day!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
13%

I'm looking for things in my routine to do to help me cut up more. I just started doing cardio 4 days a week for an hour as opposed to 30 mins, and short breaks between sets. Any help would be awesome.
