I want to cut until I'm less than 10% bodyfat. At that point I want to do multiple bulk/cut cycles to increase size/strength while maintaining a low bodyfat.
I want to build lean mass only!! It's a slower process but the gains are permanent and healthy! I would like to keep my muscle strength up, while having muscular endurance too!! I'm planning to keep a trim waist-line throughout the rest of my life!!
My goal is to maintain a healthy and fit physique year around. I would also like to help other's reach there fitness goals by sharing fitness and nutrition tips that have worked for me.
