Ok. I've been trying to put on some muscle for some time now... That time has come! I would like to see 30 lbs of MUSCLE in 12 months. That's only 2.5 muscle lbs per month. Time to get BUSY!

Did first day of leg day today and holy cow! I could barely walk out of the gym. Actually, I would call it more of a shuffle. I'll be entering the workouts later tonight. Check them out if you like. It was freakin hard!! Woot!
15 rep, 10 rep and 5 rep maxes need to be known BEFORE starting.
Rep schemes will be done in 2 week blocks. 15 reps for 2 weeks, 10 reps for two weeks, 5 reps for 2 weeks and then 2 rep negatives. All weight is predetermined.

appreciate the advice bro...i think i will switch shoulders to my chest and tricep days and do back with biceps..what do yu think of this five day plan for each week...
chest tri's shoulders- monday
abs - tuesday
legs - wensday
abs - thrusday
biceps back - friday
thats what im thinking and agen im just trying to get a good insight on a five day workout that wont overstimulate but that still will get me bigger and bigger. Thanks dude

my brother from another! hows the jekyll and hyde workout going dude? I am now on week 2 of 3 here at the NC beach. I have always used my time here and especially at the local golds for my 'yearly catchup' . I other words.. i did 6 plates each side for deads tonight and spent 2 hours at the gym total. I LOVE IT
