How I Started:
Been lifting for many years, but due to a car accident I had to lay off the weights for 2 years. Just got back to it Feb 2009. Started in college to gain some muscle.
Why I Love It:
Stress reliever, love to see strength gains and added muscle. Love the looks I get with my shirt off. Love a challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
Love the looks I get from the ladies. Stay focused on the end goal, gain some muscle.
BB Accomplishments:
Don't really have any serious BB accomplishments and don't think I ever will, but I am looking forward to gaing 25lbs of muscle over the next year or two.

Figured I'd try to prioritize shoulders today. That did not work all that well. By the time my shoulders were done, my triceps were also pretty well shot. Tried to do some DB work and could only lift about 75% of what I normally do for chest. So, I ended up doing heavy weighted dips...
