well i am working hard towards my goal, just not sure when i am going to get there i have have been working out hard for 5 months now and been eating right for the same amount of time. I want to see all my abs, it is just a bitch to get rid of that lower ab fat. I have gone up on all my weight...

Glad you are making it through Ike. We are still without power, but there are bigger issues than that. Several of my friends and co-workers lost their houses. Thankfully it has cooled off some, and we have plenty of food and water to make it for a few weeks.
My gyms and detailed diet are out of wack for now, but I'll get back on track when things start getting back to normal.
