I've been working out for almost 2 years now, but I've decided I really want to make some drastic changes in my physique and lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel amazing; keeps me happy and lessens my intense anxiety.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well.. my motivation died when law school started, but now I'm back in the game as I look at old photos of myself and now at my "squishy" disgusting self now...
I'm going to start taking pictures once a week and reminding myself of what I have the potential to look like.

This is me first starting my journey, I am at 112 lbs and feel like I'm much too squishy. It's time to de-fluff and emerge a brand new me.
A different view of my new swimsuit. This is the honeymoon swimsuit that I am working hard to look PERFECT in. I currently weigh 111 lbs :( and have more fluff around the love handle region and bootie than I would like, but I know I can get there!!
Lose 12 lbs and get toned/in shape again so I can feel good about myself again!
Goal (Long):
I want to become completely healthy and happy with a total overhaul of my lifestyle. Law school really set me back... I got out of the groove or working out and eating healthy b/c of all the time I spent at school, but now I have to get back into shape. I want the bikini body I achieved back, plus I've decided to accept my non-stickly body and work to becoming someone beautiful in her own skin.
Hey there! I saw your comment in the Fitness Modeling group about dieting and nutrition. Have you hired a trainer/nutritionist? if your really serious about leaning out I would say that sould be your first step.
well, don't be bashful in posting pics so you can see progress:) thats cool your moving back to fort worth, I am in the USAF and stationed at ft hood. I go to fort worth at least once a month.
