My workout schedule looks something like this:
Monday:1 hr cardio Abs+ stretch
Tuesday:1 hr Bodypump class + 35-45 min. cardio
Wednesday: 1 hr Bodystep class
Thursday: 1hr Bodypump class+ 35-45 min cardio
Friday: 1 hr cardio Abs + stretch
Saturday: 1hr Body combat class + 1hr Bodypump class
Sunday OFF!!!!!!
After the classes. the instructor normally does abs + stretch also |
