I have been working out since I was about 18 years old. I was always very thin and I wanted more of a curvy figure.
Why I Love It:
Lifting weights makes me feel strong and powerful, like I can take on the world. And I like having to buy new clothes every few months!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that I have to look good for my work, and that is important to me. A lot of my family has poor diet and exercise habits so I use them as motivation. And making my ex-husband green with envy doesn't hurt either!
To be healthy and happy and to set a good example for my family!!!
Goal (Long):
Well, I don't have a goal weight, but I basically want to get in the best shape that I have ever been in. I dont look bad, im a little on the THICK side, (you know what I mean!) But I want to take my career to the next level and my management wants me to get the abs banging. So here I go!!!
oh my god, i havent been on bodyspace in like a year!! i was actually coming here to delete my profile because i havent used it in so long. but when i saw all the other profiles i was like "hmmm..... i guess i can stay a little while longer!!"
