How I Started: I have been working out since I was about 18 years old. I was always very thin and I wanted more of a curvy figure.
Why I Love It: Lifting weights makes me feel strong and powerful, like I can take on the world. And I like having to buy new clothes every few months!!
How I Stay Motivated: I know that I have to look good for my work, and that is important to me. A lot of my family has poor diet and exercise habits so I use them as motivation. And making my ex-husband green with envy doesn't hurt either!

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To be healthy and happy and to set a good example for my family!!!
Goal (Long): I was always very thin growing up. And I have been 6 feet tall for a very long time!! So you can imagine some of the nicknames I was given in high school!! I started drinking weight gainers mixed with whole milk and sugar to gain weight. (I know, I know) I finally added some curves to my lanky frame and they went exactly where I wanted them to go. When I was pregnant with my first son I gained 80 pounds!! The baby came out 5 lbs. 6oz!! It took me a while, but I dropped 50 pounds. I did some modeling in high school so I decided to give it another shot. But as soon as things started to pick up for me, I got pregnant again. This time around, I gained 70 pounds( a little better!) and the baby was 7 lbs. I have lost about 40 lbs. Luckily I am 6 feet tall so I do not look that big. I recently signed a contract with a new agency (Style Entertainment Co./ Style Elite Models/ Style Elite Vixens/ Celebrity Model Management)-Shout outs to my new team, my managers Mike Styles and Michelle Vieyra!! Check out the website Styleentertainmentco.com and check out the style elite vixens myspace! Back to the point(ahem) I am required to drop 30 lbs!!! It is a struggle with two young kids, but I am trying. I am a stress eater and I am under a surreal amount of stress, so as you can imagine I have been slacking off on my chicken breast and tuna!!HELP!!!!!

I have never considered myself to be a weak person. But I am considering undertaking a task that makes me tremble with anxiety by just talking about it. I am going to start the Rock Hard Challenge (Muscle and Fitness) on August 1st 2008. There I said it. It is in print!! 12 weeks to totally...
