How goes your workouts? How about your goal, did you manage to hit it?
Remember that no matter what, you are continuing to make progress and if you continue you will progress even more. Push yourself to be the best that you can be, even if it means having to go outside your comfort zone. I look forward to seeing you not only achieve but surpass your own expectations. Your going to do great, the honest pictures are a huge step. Once you are truthful with yourself, it becomes easier to grit your teeth and make a real life change.
Just please promise to remember that when you have a "bad" day where you eat too much or don't work out.......what ever you do do NOT compound the slip by thinking you have made a BIG f**k up.....you did NOT. Just be kind to yourself and say okay. I feel better now. Lets get back with the program.

Great that you are on this site. I started by slow cardio "walking" at 20 minutes Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. What you should do is what I did. just cut back on the Food intake in half. I ended up reading the Nutrition Table of every meal that I buy. Dont eat protein bars yet either. Just cut the portions you are eating and lots of water. I did a 24 hour cleansing. which means a liquid diet and cleansing pills. Good luck I know you will make it!
