How I Started: For most of my life i played soccer. Once i moved out to where i live now i stopped playing. I keep looking at myself in the mirror and i know thats not me. I have started so many times and quit so many times. I need to stick with it.
Why I Love It: Because it makes me feel good and i can start to see me without all this fat.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking in the mirror. Striving to be healthy. My friend is my biggest motivation she went from 297 to 135. She once was 90lbs bigger than me now im about 90lbs bigger than her.

I was not being honest with myself when i took this pic. I wanted to show all the damage  honesty no trying to make myself look good no camera angels. This is me in all my fat glory. It makes me sick to know ive let myself do this much damage. Look at those back rolls. I cant wait to start to see improvements.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to loose 6lbs by the end of the month
Goal (Long): My goal weight is 135 and that as of right now i would need to loose a total of 82lbs. I would like to loose this in a year and hopefully feel healthy and have my health problems get better or compleatly go away.

so im going to try to weigh my self every sat.  I know i did not do that the first time but that is the weight i weighed  last sat because i remember getting on the scale.  So one and a half pounds down in one week.  Not awsome but now bad.  Im giving myslef a year so next summer im going...

How goes your workouts? How about your goal, did you manage to hit it? Remember that no matter what, you are continuing to make progress and if you continue you will progress even more. Push yourself to be the best that you can be, even if it means having to go outside your comfort zone. I look forward to seeing you not only achieve but surpass your own expectations. Your going to do great, the honest pictures are a huge step. Once you are truthful with yourself, it becomes easier to grit your teeth and make a real life change. Just please promise to remember that when you have a "bad" day where you eat too much or don't work out.......what ever you do do NOT compound the slip by thinking you have made a BIG f**k up.....you did NOT. Just be kind to yourself and say okay. I feel better now. Lets get back with the program.

Great that you are on this site. I started by slow cardio "walking" at 20 minutes Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. What you should do is what I did. just cut back on the Food intake in half. I ended up reading the Nutrition Table of every meal that I buy. Dont eat protein bars yet either. Just cut the portions you are eating and lots of water. I did a 24 hour cleansing. which means a liquid diet and cleansing pills. Good luck I know you will make it!
