The-Gazelle One thing you should know is that you can't lose weight on individual parts of your body. If your looking to tone up your arms try and lower your total body fat and the tone will come. Barbell curls 3 sets of 12-15 superseted with dips 3set of 12-15. You will be working arms whenever you do pressing and pulling motions. Apr 27, 2012 8:56am
