Overall Goal:  My overall goal is to maintain my weight gains getting ready to go into the Los Angeles Bodybuidling competition in Culver City. I will probably end up as a super heavy or but most likely a heavyweight competitor depending on my bodyfat. My goal is

I think I have finally committed myself to doing a contest. I plan on competing in the Los Angeles Bodybuilding show that will be held in Culver City, CA. I'm hoping to still be a super heavyweaight after I finishing shredding up, if not I'll be competing as a heavyweight. I'm also doing the hydroxycut Hardbody contest. It would be noce to win that one, winning this is my ultimate goal.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Well I wouldn't necessarily call it a diet but I'm pretty much eating everything in sight. I eat about 3500 to 6000 calories a day. Here is a typical break down of what I may eat:

Contest prep is one of those things that everybody learns something new about every time they do it. Getting it right consistently is an art. Ha ha, it sounds like you're doing the right thing cutting out the carbs, doing morning cardio, evening weights and the like. I'll be checking up on you but you look like you're about to do well. Keep up the good work.
