What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Well I wouldn't necessarily call it a diet but I'm pretty much eating everything in sight. I eat about 3500 to 6000 calories a day. Here is a typical break down of what I may eat:
Breakfast:
6 eggs
2 english muffins with jelly
8 oz cup whole milk
(This is about 1000 calories)
Snack
Muscle Juice weight gainer w/ whole milk (1300 Calories)
lunch
1/2 pound beef burger w/ half an avocado
1 banana
8 oz cup of juice
(1200 Calories)
Snack
2 bananas
1/2 pound beef burger again!!!
or a shake if I'm lazy,
(1200 Calories)
Dinner
Half a chicken or turkey leg
Rice or potatos
asparagus
(1000-1400 calories)
Snack (right before bed)
Muscle Juice Weight gainer w/ whole milk (cookies and cream)
(1300 Calories)
So far I've gained over 23 pounds doing this and that is within 6 weeks. Now you have to workout alot doing this or you will start getting fat if not.

Contest prep is one of those things that everybody learns something new about every time they do it. Getting it right consistently is an art. Ha ha, it sounds like you're doing the right thing cutting out the carbs, doing morning cardio, evening weights and the like.
I'll be checking up on you but you look like you're about to do well. Keep up the good work.
It's in Atlanta, in July. And yes, it's an NPC contest.
I will also follow your progress....keep you motivated, You got that one man...just stay focused.
