How I Started:
After freshman year of HS I didnt want to be picked on any more. Four years later I was 240lbs at 5'9" and out of shape so I started cutting. Four more years Im 195 and loving the sport more than ever.
Why I Love It:
Its an hour a day when all life's problems go away. Its just me, the weight, and no excuses.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com, progress, the thrill of seeing small people move out your way in the gym.
I am a natural endomorph and keeping the weight that I lost off is very difficult. Avoiding the pitfalls of college, alcohol and food, is proving difficult but I will prevail!
