lol..it's going to be a little while for those progress. i am joining a transformation contest so i took 3 weeks off so I would have more to work with. So there probably won't be good progress pics up until well maybe a couple of weeks till the contest is over and I have the end result :) How are you doing!!! How has everything been going for you?

I honestly think the cold is getting worse. :( and cuz of it, i think i should take the night off from training. all i did in honor of St. Pat was worked out and ate fish. i dont really care about drinking right now, i really hate sitting with my friends in a smokey bar while they do it. with almost no carbs i would rather go out to the movies. i want to see a pic of your pup all dressed up! thats so cute. i used to paint my horse for shows and stuff.hehe hows your day?

I'm doing quite well. I hurt my back some last night doing cable ab crunches. Resting today. Not doing those ever again!! Owie! Need to add more cardio. Looking to have some good definition come summertime. What about you?

good morning! haha...60 degrees sounds so nice! i live in the great northwest and i still cant get used to the cold. even when it's 80-i still freeze. yeah drinking makes me feel bad too. i try to stay away from it cuz everytime i do it, i wake up "fat"! it's tough cuz we're and italian family and taking wine very seriously. i'm starting to come down with a cold, so i plan on taking it easy this weekend. you?

hey, how was Baltimore? Vegas was well vegas...pretty much i'm going to hell. not just the hall of shame for athletes but i was a really bad bad girl. honestly it was the time of life and i will never be able to do some of that stuff ever again! But i'm really tired from the trip still. i ate pretty clean but the alcohol was excessive :(

hey, my week has been weird! I just got home from Las Vegas so, i didnt train and drank a lot over a period of 4 days. so getting back into the groove has been exhausting. I didnt lose any strength, but i did lose 1.5 lbs. Not good for a skinny gal. :( how is your week?
