How I Started:
Sick of feeling bloated and tiered all the time. So I just walked into the gym closest to my house and said sign me up.
Why I Love It:
Love is kinda a strong word ,but I like the feeling when I'm running on the tread mill or going for that last rep. Tingling type of feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old superman pic and say if that dude can do it so can I. No offense to old superman. I've shifted some weight around, and I'm more dedicated to doing cardio than ever before.
