How I Started: i just started to work out when i was playing football and got hurt so i stopped playing football and just kept lifting

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i usually go for a set of 15 than 10, another set of 10, and than a set to failure usually about 5-8. i do this because i like to get the muscle full of blood and than go as heavy as i can. i feel tha...more
