After you can do all sets for 20 or 6 weeks later {which ever comes first} Go for your max. Increase by at least 20 lbs.
NO SHIT, NO ROIDS.. so thats 325 jump to 350. that was mine jump 6 years ago. I got as high as 225 for 30reps and max 380.
