Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Thanks to Kethnaab for making that super-long write up.

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift

Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows (I don't have a power clean coach yet)

Alternate every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Will start doing accessory work soon!
