How I Started:
I've done some non-serious weightlifting throughout my life but of course I never really made any progress. I finally decided this year that it would be time for me to start making some actual progress in my strength and in my physique.
Why I Love It:
It feels good! I feel a lot more energetic and a lot more proud of myself. Also, my girlfriend likes it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about what I look like now. That's usually enough. Also, I think about the potential reaction on my girlfriend's face. ;)
BB Accomplishments:
Any strength and size gains are accomplishments to me. I take everything one workout at a time.
