My goals are simple I want to build my six pack and my chest, I want to tone my legs and be able to run 2.5 miles in 15:00
Goal (Long):
My Main goal is to slim down to 170-175 then i'm going to build lean muscle. My ideal body Fat percentage is 5-9%. I want to show off my abs and cut chest.
I've had to change up my cardio, Now i run 2 miles at a 7:15 min mile pace and then i run another 4 miles at a 9:00 min mile pace and i burn just about 1000-1200 calories. I do this three times a week and get my normal work out just before lunch. Man am I tired at night.
