I love to run but extended cardio sucks.

I've had to change up my cardio, Now i run 2 miles at a 7:15 min mile pace and then i run another 4 miles at a 9:00 min mile pace and i burn just about 1000-1200 calories. I do this three times a week and get my normal work out just before lunch. Man am I tired at night.

6 July 2009 Well here goes I have been staying fit through the use of bodybuilding and lots of cardio, I am currently recovering from a broken foot while playing soccer. I went from 185 to 205 while not being able to run, so now i am fit and able to run and i'm cutting my wieght back down. My begining goals are to run 2.5 miles in 15:00 min. and max the army standard pt test with no problems, I want to tone my entire body and to see my six pack again i want my body fat percentage to be around 5-7% so i'm of an running and i am currently 183. I deployed to afghanistan where i am at no...
