How I Started:
I received a membership as a gift and did cardio 5 days a week and yoga and pilates twice a week. About a year later I started working at the gym as a massage therapist and working with a trainer when I discovered weight training.
Why I Love It:
I love how strong I am. I have more energy and stamina!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I had 27% body fat at 114lbs-I was skinny fat. Now I am 120 at 21% body fat.
