Thanks for the kind words. All I do for the obliques is occasionally grab a 45lbs plate and w/ my feet firmly planted I'll lean to the side and return to a 90degree stance. Probably 50-100 reps each side.
The soreness from this normally leaves me feeling like I had been beat up.
