How I Started:
I was overweight in middle school and high school. When I was 16, I developed an eating disorder, and then in college, I gained around 50 pounds and was up to almost 200 pounds. I fell back into my eating/exercise disorder. Then I found this forum and started working w/ Emma-Leigh and I'm not looking back!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of strength that I get when I increase a weight or do an extra rep. I love pushing myself and watching the muscle develop.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a great internal drive to do the best that I can and be the healthiest that I can be.

alot of people look at this pictures in stores or on tv.and they think that that is how a person normaly looks.thats wrong,i workout at 24hour fitness and most people in there are in shape but they dont all look perfect.thats why kids are not eating or useing drugs to help them lose pounds or get bigger.there just trying to keep up with everyone else.thats wrong for kids to do that.you frist have to be happy with yourself.
its always ok to eat,you dont want to not eat ,you just have to eat smaller meals like a light morning meal somethang small for lunch.and then eat 1 hour be fore you go to sleep.you dont want to eat and then sleep thats very bad
if your willing to put in the work i can come up with a good workout plan for you.if it does not work you can just stop useing it.you look great the way you are,thats what you have tp remember before going and working out.its because you want to be the best you can be

it is not easy being anorexic, and you are lucky that you could escape. being a tiny bit over weight is much much healthier than being too thin.
a healthy life with healthy eating and you will reach your goals.
