It just feels good. Looking at yourself in the mirror after a good pump is a great feeling.

I see guys at the gym that are bigger then I am and I always want to look better than the guy next to me. Also watching vidoes of Pros gives me a lot of inspiration

Thanks! Merry Christmas to you too! Yea I've always ate healthy, but I've been extra strict with my eating the past month because Im going to cancun in 2 and a half weeks! So I have to be bikini ready in January lol
