I started bodybuilding in high school with my cousin to improve strength and size for sports. I lifting on and off for 4 years while in college. Towards the end of college I started my prep for my first show.
Why I Love It:
I love the changes it brings to one's life physically and mentally.

I am currently 200lbs. I have been off schedule with diet and working out since my last competition in 2007. I am physically and mentally ready to transform my body.
