I lost most of my good friends to their drug habbits (they did not die) and started having alot of time to myself.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because my body is my temple and who doesn"t like a nice house haha.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by progress, energy and money.
BB Accomplishments:
I use to have no chest muscles at all. Im now able to use my arm as a pillow at night.

Around 6-10 because I have noticed more growth doing less reps with heavy weight

I like doing squats because they make me feel strong! I love the weight lifting/strength aspect of working out. Really not a fan of cardio though. But I'm learning how to make it more fun for myself - which is my biggest challenge!
