How I Started:
I lost most of my good friends to their drug habbits (they did not die) and started having alot of time to myself.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because my body is my temple and who doesn"t like a nice house haha.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by progress, energy and money.
BB Accomplishments:
I use to have no chest muscles at all. Im now able to use my arm as a pillow at night.

Around 6-10 because I have noticed more growth doing less reps with heavy weight

Maybe you need to buy a really cheap undershirt? :-) You're completely ripped - my gosh! Must be nice to have all that testosterone runnin' around in your arteries! Can you tell me what your motivation is to eat right when you feel like cheating? I'm having a hard time saying no to the girlscout cookies in my pantry (I have 4 kids, so I have to have some treats in the house for them on occasion).
