This is me before I started my fitness program. Since then I have seen increase in visible muscle mass and definition, specifically calves, arms and a ribs poking through (see next picture)
my back is one of my stronger muscle groups. I'm playing catch up with my chest to maintain proportion. any tips on playing catch up are very welcome
I want to gain 12 lbs of lean mass and cut BF to less than 10% to attain a goal weight of 185-190lbs. I want to unveil the abs that I haven't seen in 3 or 4 years. I want to get my 2k (rowing) test time down below 7 minutes and my 5k run time to 22:30. I am confident that I will be well on my way in 90 days.

I am officially back on the multisport wagon after committing to at least one triathlon this season. I also have my eye on the Chicago 1/2 marathon in Sept. I have some friends I can stay with out there so if the airfare is cheap enough you'll see me there.
