Reason: I use this one for quick absorption later in the morning, combined in a shake with 1/2c fat-free yogurt, 1/2c frozen rasperries and 1 Tablespoon Flax seed oil. This one is loaded with vitamins and minerals!

Reason: I use 1/2 scoop (23g protein) in my morning shake for quick absorption after cardio, combined with 1/2c plain fat-free yogurt, 1/2c frozen blueberries and 1 Tablespoon of flax seed oil.
