It's amazing to me how easily I lose weight. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to have my metabolism, however I find it more a burden than a blessing.

I've started going back to the gym after an extended hiatus. Working nights has really sucked me dry of energy and...

Hey, man, good progress. Upper pecs look fuller and arms are definitely bigger than in previous pic. I've been a couple of weeks inactive, but back on the road and ready to rock now!
