one of my really good friends got me into the whole bodybuilding scene. Before that i just worked out occasionally, but my friend just looked amazing and right then and there i knew i wanted results like that.
Why I Love It:
i love it literally because it makes me feel great, relieves stress, and i love the results ive seen since ive started hard core in Feb 09.
How I Stay Motivated:
One way i stay motivated by looking at what i use to look like and what i look like now. The other is this site, just looking at other peoples progress and and overall transformations its incredible.

If you are trying to get rid of water weight it can only be done for about a day. I did low carbs and lots of water for 4 days. I then upped my carbs for 3 days (all healthy) and the day before the show at around 5 pm I stopped drinking water and only sipped. The whole next day I was dry. That is it.
