Where do you get your workout programs?
I mostly get them from the web, usually Flexonline.com or from here, bodybuilding.com. I then try ro mix it up alittle by either putting into or taking out exercises
I would have 6 meals a day, with half being a protein shake and the other half meat, fruits/veggies, and nuts. I don't take any supplements at all. All you need is protein and creatine. Get creatine pills, the powder will upset your stomach. Any other supplements won't do anything. I've tried at least 25 different kinds of legal supplements in the past few years, and they won't do anything. Also drink half a gallon of water a day for the creatine.
when i started, my trainer had me start from scratch. i squatted facing a wall for 3 sessions. then i moved onto the bar only. then 95lbs, added 10lbs every week. i felt like an idiot training at the gym, but i'm way ahead of everybody now. before really starting, i benched @250, thought i was a 300lb squatter and deadlifted @265.
Yes. I never lift over 6 reps. I start at 6 and go down to 2 or 1. If you lift 8-12 or higher, you won't get stronger. Keep the diet to meat, rice, nuts and fruit. Don't do extreme cardio, stick to cycling or swimming or you'll burn muscle.
