How I Started:
I first started working out when I was 17 years old with my ex boyfriend. We got in to lifting weights together because he was a personal trainer. He put me on different diets to see what would work for our bodies. It was fun! I the best diet that works really well with my body am no carb diet. I ate only fat and high protein. I lost a lot of body fat and gained some muscle. Then I stopped working out for 5 years. Just started lifting weights again, but this time I am more serious about it. I have my own gym at home so its so easy to work out for me.
Why I Love It:
It’s my hobby! I love bodybuilding because I love to see the progress in my body. I was a skinny girl and now I got arms!! I’m from a small Island and a lot of people notice that my body changed.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I love to body build. I have a calendar at home that I fill up and every week I write down what body part I will work out. I stay motivated because I love seeing my body changing the way I want it to look. It just makes me want to work out more and more!
BB Accomplishments:
I think I accomplished alot already, but of course you always can get bigger.
