I really want to, but it's too soon before I can put on some mass. There is a comp. in April and June, so it would be a 4 month bulk and a 3 month cut. Is that enough? I still got to get posing trunks and get info on tanning/oiling.

thanks man. Yea that guy Benjamin Loehrer has some sick genetics and he came from a background of powerlifting. You were great though. Those 2 guys who got 2nd and 3rd didn't look prepared at all. They were noobs at posing.

Get a protein powder based off whey isolate for after workouts(Optimum Nutrition whey for example). Whey isolate is the fastest whey protein type to get in to the bloodstream and into your muscles. I also recommend getting a protein blend like Gaspari Myofusion for meal replacement shakes( it's good to blend with some fruits like bananas and with peanut/almond butter), and also before bedtime due to it's sustained release proteins to keep your body anabolic for atleast 3 hours when sleeping.

writing 12% makes me feel more motivated for dropping morefat rather than writing lean old 4.4% which is pretty low. You see?

I thought I was around 12% body fat. I asked a trainer to measure me, it came out to be 4.4% bodyfat overall. 6& on my chest, 7& on my hips, 12% on my quads. All together 4.4%.

Hey, I've been following the diet you put up for me and I have to say that I added muscle mass and added fat as well. I look like a lightweight sumo wrestler. Probably gonna decrease fat and carb intake. Thanks though!
