My big sister inspired me. I could see that at 26 all my bad habits were catching up to me
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment and seeing results. When I finish a workout I feel like I can do anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the gym so much now that I don't need motivation, I guess my motivation is how miserable I feel when I have to miss my workout.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, just starting to get serious and have a lot of work to do.

This is one spot that I am not happy with, I think eating might have a lot to do with this. Any suggestions on what I might do to get rid of the fat would be MOST appreciated.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am a lacto/ovo vegetarian. I am trying a high protein diet with a high complex carb in the morning and veggies for lunch and dinner. Still working out the details.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love RPM because my gym has great instructors, and I love running on the treadmill. Eliptical and stairmaster make my feet fall asleep and I find these too boring.
I have been taking time off of my program for a while now. I have been really busy over the past two months, had the Can Fit Pro conference in the middle of August and Body Flow training last weekend. It seems like the summer just flew by!! I will be taking the next few weeks off of...
OMG I'm seriously feeling like crap today. Ended up coming home from the gym because my stomach is killing me! I think I'm going to switch my Friday workout to Saturday because I'm too tired on Fridays!
Thanks for your nice comment. Funny, I was just asking my trainer for lower abdominal exercises the other day because I would like more definition there. It's 90% clean eating related...meanwhile I will just keep doing my situps etc. Good luck to you. Let me know if you find the "magic" sit up.
I sure don't feel amazing. It won't take me long though. I had a good workout last night. I had to do my essay for Body For Life and send it today. They have to have it before Tues.
Thanks for the add!I know what you mean, I have never been as focused as after I joined this site. The blogs and progress pics really help keep me from slcking off as much!! Good luck in your goals!
I try to eat 50/30/20 (P/C/F) but usually end up 55/30/15 and a couple days a week I'll eat more carbs (maybe 35-40%) but always keep the fat between 15-20%. I eat around 1500 calories a day and Sunday is my cheat day. The whole weak I'm pretty strict with my diet.
