ryanimal hey man, thanks for the comment.. i been lifting for 3 years and a bit i started really skinny i weighed 145 lbs i think. a good key for bulking is to eat more calories than you burn a day... so every 3 hours eat alots of protein and carbs if you are struggling to gain weight,,,, and lift heavy 6-8 reps after a couple month you will notic you got bigger and alot of muscle mass... but then you will have to do a cutting phase where you eat less calories....
