How I Started:
Started in high school to get stronger for sports and to just get bigger. I was 150 lbs and 6'2" and i was just tired of being small
Why I Love It:
I get a good endorphin high and it just feels good
How I Stay Motivated:
well i dont really have to motivate myself to lift...its just a part of my life...i rarely miss a workout and every workout is as intense as possible. but for the extra boost a lil noexplode is great lol

i can understand that you want to gain 200, but don't lose your ripped look. you look great now. some guys want to get big, but they lose their symmetry and ripped look. again, you look awesome now. keep up the great work and let us know of your progress.
