4 Hour Body - Occam's Protocol II - 3 workouts (A, B, and C rest 3 days between each one)
This workout is VERY strange. when I was doing Jim Stoppani's 12-Week Shortcut To Size (which was intense and brutal, but I saw small changes after every workout) where I was putting 5 or 6 hours per week in at the gym, this workout only gives me 1/2 hour or 45 minutes every 4th day... it is VERY strange. However, I think I am seeing some substantial growth...

Cellucor C4 Extreme / Protein pre-workout to get me going, Protein/Amino Recovery post-workout. Protein during the day to try to stay at about 200mg/day.
