How I Started:
I got started when I was in the sixth grade. I was always the smallest, but the fastest. So I guess you could say I have been working out for years, but it really doesn't look that way and it is time to change that!!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because that is my time, my time away from all other problems. A time to push myself towards my goals.....
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by walking into the gym and seeing all those younger guys looking all ripped and thinking to myself, I know I should be looking that way. Plus, I know in the near future I will be having a little one running around the house and I want to make sure that I will be able to keep up with them......I want them to be able to look up at me and say, "Wow dad, your the strongest and most in shape father I know"....LOL....sounds good

This is week number 2 and so far I have gone up in weight and keeping my save reps with all my exercises...I am still eat 6 times a day and doing about 50 mins of cardio a day....I will take measurements and weigh myself on Sunday and see if there are any changes...if still need lots of work
