How I Started:
I was fat in high school, so i decided to counteract the fat with muscle. It worked
Why I Love It:
I love it because I love to see the progress that I can make.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying different supplements all the time to find out what works and what doesn't.
BB Accomplishments:
I got my bench up to 390.
Getting to 400 is probably one of the hardest things I've ever had to accomplish.

You are really strong! If you want to cut (apart from diet) and you hate cardio, you should look into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Diet is almost done (Sunday is my last day) a little unsure as where to go afterwards. I am thinking just up my cals by 250 every week or so until I am at maintenance then stay there for awhile before upping? Never done a bulk before!
