wow, first time ive ever had such difficulty with a squat. warmups were all fine, as i was gradually increasing the loads and reducing the reps during the warmup, after doing 2 reps of 80kg, i thought to myself
daym .. those 85kgs aint gonna be easy
and there sure went. started struggling...
