How I Started:
I didn't recognize my self anymore. I looked and felt so unhealthy. But the pounds go on slow and you start to feel a little worse every day but it is so slow that you don't realize it's happening.
When your stomach sticks out more than your boobs it's time to do something! Yikes!!! LOL
Going to massage school you learn all about the Muscles, that really helped. I did a lot of research and asking questions at my gym to both trainers and people that were in good shape.
Why I Love It:
I feel better, both Physically and Mentally. I'm slowly getting my figure back and I'm gaining more and more self confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband, brothers, mom, friends and all the people on Bodyspace.

I am starting the 12 week Transformation today!!
My goal is to be a size 2-4 by Christmas!!! I'm not sure about my goal weight. I do want a good amount of Muscle so my guess is a goal of 120-125lbs.

Well I'm starting over. I was taking pictures of myself tonight in a bikini,which turned out to be a pretty scary thing. I look like I have gained weight. BUT the scale says something different. It is time to try something new. I'm starting the body space 12 week program,...
Keep up the work!! Don't be discouraged by what the scale says...I never weigh myself unless my trainer forces me on the scale. I go more by how my clothes fit. You can do this!!!! Get some new tunes on your iPod and hit the wights hard! YOU CAN DO THIS.
thanks love. oh, at this moment my stomach is far from flat. ive been sick and pmsing for 5 days so no gym or diet for me! :( i was doing so well too! as for that 1 lb, keep in mind weight can fluctuate 1-10 lbs daily due to water weight. dont be alarmed if you do gain a little before you lose it. i rarely lose scale weight. i just tighten up. keep track of inches instead! keep stickin to a clean diet and your tummy will get flat. only eat carbs early in the day, that helps a ton!
