I had joined the gym beginning of the year but didn't have the first clue what I was doing (ie. 30mins cardio, 30mins weight 3times a week, as per recommendation by the instructor)

Eating clean with a set 5 day week programme started this day.

HIIT seems to be working well. Only done my 2nd week of it and feel so much slimmer.

Not sure how this happened, but I ate MORE than I usually did over xmas thru 5-6meals a day and I seemed to have LOST weight... no idea.
I'm gonna carry on cutting until my target date of Feb and then move onto a proper BULK by counting calories.

Can't help but feel that the sides of the waist are expanding slightly. Feels kinda soft too.

Did 4 days worth of HIIT cardio to get my BF% back on track. I also ate a whole large pizza, wings and garlic bread the night before I took this :p Cheat meals FTW!

Getting a bit podgy again as I did a mini bulk thru the week and the weekend.
Stronger lifts, but some BF gain.
Back on the 4-5HIIT next week.
