How I Started:
I've been going to the gym on and off for the past 5 years but never sticking at it and always quitting after 6months of training and then growing fat and unfit again. Now at the age of 26 I've come to the realisation that if I don't start now, I will never start so I've decided to join BodySpace to keep myself motivated :)
Why I Love It:
The satisfaction after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people's profiles on bodyspace, reading about people's success stories on the forum, keeping a weekly photo log of my body.

14 Apr 2007: Start of a new life
08 Dec 2007: Friend notices significant change :p
22 Dec 2007: 12.4% BF (according to the machine I've been using for the past year or so), lowest BF I've ever had! :)
I had joined the gym beginning of the year but didn't have the first clue what I was doing (ie. 30mins cardio, 30mins weight 3times a week, as per recommendation by the instructor)

T-Bar Row OR Lat Pull Downs - 6-12reps x 4
One-arm dumbell rows OR Back Lat Pull Downs 6-12reps x 4

I dont know about energetic but I am buying smaller clothes which is always a plus. I don't get tired as much so I guess that equates energetic LOL How are you doing, did you reach your goal?
hey - sorry for the late response. I am at about 20% BF right now. I'd love to get down to 16% or so - I guess it could be stored in worse places, hahah.
